In ancient Hindu traditional medical classics, there is a record of chakra, which refers to the energy gathering points of the body's aura. There are seven main chakras, from the bottom to the top of the head, they are the root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third - eye chakra, and crown chakra. Each chakra is associated with a specific color and energy, and gemstones can affect the energy state of chakras, and the specific relationship is as follows:

• Root Chakra: 

Located at the base of the spine, it is related to physical connection and a sense of security, corresponding to red or black gemstones, such as smoky quartz, black tourmaline, obsidian, red agate, and garnet.

• Sacral Chakra: 

Positioned between the navel and the coccyx, it mainly governs emotions and sexuality, corresponding to orange - colored gemstones, such as red rabbit - hair crystal, coral, and red phantom crystal.

• Solar Plexus Chakra: 

Located above the navel, it controls one's feelings in a group, corresponding to yellow gemstones, such as citrine, golden rutile, and tiger's eye stone.
